Shipping Policies
When placing an order with the Chocolate Swan LLC, you are agreeing to the following
terms and conditions.
Shipping Information
Please, include as much address information as possible when shipping products especially to
commercial addresses. Suite, floor, and room numbers are especially helpful in getting your product to
where it needs to go. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders can be shipped by either FedEx 2-Day
Service or FedEx Overnight Priority Service.
Shipping Orders containing Eclairs
If your order contains Chocolate Eclairs, the entire order MUST be sent FedEx Priority Overnight
to maintain their freshness.
*Note: If all address information is not provided and FedEx charges us an Address Correction
Fee ($15.00) we reserve the right to charge this amount to you.
Timely Delivery
The Chocolate Swan makes every attempt to send out your order within 2 Business Days, however
during certain times of the year, this may not be possible due to a high volume of orders.
We will do our best, but do not guarantee delivery on an exact day. If you are requesting a
particular date for delivery, include it in the comment section.
Shipping Days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, excluding major holidays.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available in many metropolitan areas for an additional $15.00.
International Shipping
At this time we do not ship to any international addresses including Canada.
Shipping Cost
All orders will be shipped FedEx 2-Day Service. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the
package and an average of the shipping costs over a particular geographic region.
Shipping Packaging
Due to the warm temperatures in Las Vegas and several customer destinations, most orders will be packed
in insulated containers with reusable frozen gel packs. This will ensure the quality of our products upon
receipt by the customer. Since no signature is required on our shipments, the Chocolate Swan LLC will not
be responsible, if you or your gift recipient is not present to accept the shipment.
Tracking Of Your Order
After your shipment is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with the FedEx tracking number. You
can track your package by logging on to www.fedex.com.

These products are made in a facility that utilizes nuts and tree nuts.
