 The Chocolate Swan was created 20 years ago in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, out of dreams and a passion for baking and chocolate making.
Our quality and customer service is paramount in every aspect of our shop. Being a family owned,
American-International bakery and chocolate shop, our pastries, tortes and chocolates are all
classically created. If Carrot Cake, Death by Chocolate, English Toffee or Chocolate Eclairs tantalize
your taste Buds then this is the shop for you!
We use only the highest quality ingredients in everything we make because we love to see someone enjoy our products!
There are no shortcuts in the creation process.
Every egg is placed in hot bleach water to cleanse it and then cracked into a cup. If it doesn't turn out right it goes straight to the garbage and the process starts over.
We listen to the customer and create their ideas.
Whether it be the way we decorate a cake, place the chocolates in a box, or create a personalized basket, it's all about the customer being so delighted
they just have to talk about us.
